Beetroot and Garlic Deviled Eggs

What You'll Need

Pearl and Johnny Beetroot and Garlic Organic Dip Mix
12 hard boiled eggs, peeled
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp vinegar


Cut hard-boiled eggs lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a small mixing bowl. Combine remaining ingredients with the yolks. Use a spoon or a piping bag to fill each half of the hard boiled egg with the mixture.

Tip: garnish with fresh dill or a pinch of curry powder for contrasting color.
