That being said, why not take it to the next level? This creamy and addictive Dill Pickle Dip recipe does just that! Whatever base you decide to go with, we can guarantee it will be hard to stop eating!

Serving Suggestions

Eating this flavor packed dip with plain potato chips is a no brainier, but we also love eating it with sweet potato chips or any other root vegetable chip. Wanting something lighter? Fresh or pickled vegetables are delicious, crunchy dipping options.  We’re also spreading this on all sorts of sandwiches and burgers, rolling it up in tortillas, and using the sour cream option mixed with cooked diced potatoes for killer potato salad.  We’re just looking for excuses to eat this dip!

What You'll Need

1/4 cup Dill-icious pickle juice and particulates*
8 oz softened cream cheese
3/4 cup prepared Dill-icious pickles, chopped

Place softened cream cheese in a small mixing bowl. Add Dill-icious pickle juice and particulates about a table spoon at a time, whisking the mixture until combined after each addition. Once all of the juice is incorporated, stir in the chopped Dill-icious pickles. Enjoy with your favorite fresh or pickled vegetables, chips, or crackers.

*Tip: When measuring out the pickle juice, avoid the whole black peppercorns but be sure to include all the yummy organic pieces of garlic, onion, mustard seed, dill, and crushed pepper as you can.  If you end up with as many particulates as juice all the better!
